Job Summary
Prepare drink orders using specified recipes and measure systems, then issue, open, and serve wine or champagne bottles. Set up and maintain bar cleanliness, stock ice and glassware, and wash soiled items. Process all payment methods, count the bank, resolve discrepancies, and secure storage areas. Welcome guests, address service needs, and ensure adherence to safety policies and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
