Job Summary
Bartender role in hospitality teams; responsibilities include welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, knowledge of drinks menu to make recommendations, selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, serving beverages, adhering to health and safety regulations, handling cash/transactions, balancing cash register, maintaining a clean work area, and developing new cocktail recipes. Requires a neat, engaging personality, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work at high speed, attention to detail, and familiarity with drink-mixing tools and techniques. English proficiency required; Spanish and French language skills are a bonus.
