Job Summary
Bartender position in Food & Beverage focused on mixing and serving beverages according to established guest service standards. Responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, maintaining a safe bar environment, staying current on drinks and garnishes, operating the Micros system to ring up drinks and process payments, ensuring communication between shifts, keeping the bar area clean and sanitary, and verifying guest IDs to enforce legal drinking age. Requires knowledge of drink recipes and product offerings, licensing requirements, and the ability to handle guest issues with deescalation skills; flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays; prior full-service bartending experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of full-service bartending or related experience preferred
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of beverage order processing systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and product knowledge
- Experience assessing and deescalating guest issues and intoxicated guest
