Job Summary
Craft cocktails, manage the bar, and serve wine and beer to guests in a high-volume setting. Maintain a clean workspace, communicate effectively with the team, and operate POS systems proficiently. Ensure alcohol knowledge and safety certifications remain current. Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while demonstrating personal accountability and reliability. Required Qualifications
- Craft cocktail experience
- Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
- Great communication skills
- Be a good teammate

- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
