Job Summary
Serve guests with friendly, sincere service while delivering exceptional experiences in a fast-paced bar environment. Create craft cocktails with integrity and adhere to brand standards, maintaining knowledge of the local beer and wine program. Work side by side with the team using the Toast POS system for orders and payments, ensuring compliance with alcohol laws. Maintain a safe, sanitary environment by pre-bussing and bussing tables throughout the shift. Perform work for 4-6 hours at a time, lifting 35 lbs and moving 80-90% of the shift, with flexible scheduling including a two-shift minimum.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
- A can-do, problem solving and fun-loving attitude
- Must be of legal age to purchase alcohol
- Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs. unassisted
- Have the ability to move for 80-90% of your shift
- Must be able to carry and hold a tray
- Must be able to perform work for 4-6 hours at a time
- Previous bartending experience
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be of legal age to serve and order alcohol
Desired Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledgeable and passionate about our local beer and wine program
