Job Summary
Serve guests in a friendly, sincere manner while creating craft cocktails with integrity and adherence to brand standards. Work in compliance with alcohol laws and use the Toast POS system for entering orders and processing payments. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by pre-bussing and bussing tables throughout the shift. Deliver exceptional experiences with high-quality food and beverages while working side by side with a team. Flexible scheduling with a two-shift minimum. Health, Dental, Vision, and ADA insurance. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
- A can-do, problem solving and fun-loving attitude
- Must be of legal age to purchase alcohol
- Be able to lift and carry 35 lbs. unassisted
- Have the ability to move for 80-90% of your shift
- Must be able to carry and hold a tray
- Must be able to perform work for 4-6 hours at a time
- Previous bartending experience
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be of legal age to serve and order alcohol
Desired Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledgeable and passionate about our local beer and wine program
