Job Summary
Serve guests with friendly, sincere communication to ensure a Rocky Mountain Hospitality experience while supporting the entire team. Create craft cocktails adhering to brand standards and maintain knowledge of the local beer and wine program. Use the Toast POS system for orders and payments, pre-buss and buss tables to keep the environment safe and sanitary. Work in compliance with alcohol laws and lift and carry 35 lbs unassisted. Perform work for 4-6 hour shifts with flexible scheduling and a two-shift minimum.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
- A can-do, problem solving and fun-loving attitude
- Must be of legal age to purchase alcohol
- Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs. unassisted
- Have the ability to move for 80-90% of your shift
- Must be able to carry and hold a tray
- Must be able to perform work for 4-6 hours at a time
- Previous bartending experience
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be of legal age to serve and order alcohol
Desired Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledgeable and passionate about our local beer and wine program
