Job Summary
Bartender prepares and serves cocktails and other beverages to guests; ensure guests meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol; input customer orders and handle payments via a POS; provide great guest service and upsell to maximize sales; maintain cleanliness and a safe work environment; inform management of product shortages, equipment failures, or staffing issues; oversee barbacks during bussing, cleaning, re-stocking, and garnish prep; promote responsible alcohol service and comply with Oklahoma liquor laws and Choctaw Nation Alcoholic Beverage Ordinances; perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Obtain an ABLE Certification
- One (1) year work experience in a high-volume, full-service bartending position
- Work well in a team environment and motivate team to sustain exceptional levels of performance
- Knowledgeable and familiar with all menu items, drink preparations, ingredients, and garnishes
- Handle cash and all other tender methods and be able to make change
