Bartender at Le Flâneur, the signature French brasserie at Recess Hotel & Club, will prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes; provide attentive, personalized service to guests; gain thorough knowledge of the beverage program, wine list, and daily features; guide guests through beverage selections; maintain a clean, stocked bar; enter orders and process transactions via POS; monitor responsible alcohol service; prepare garnishes and bar ingredients; perform opening/closing/side work; collaborate with servers and culinary team to ensure seamless service; manage inventory and communicate product needs; comply with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations; build guest relationships and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
