Job Summary
Bartender responsible for delivering exceptional service and hospitality, with elevated beverage knowledge across cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them through their dining experience, accurately entering orders in Toast POS, coordinating with servers/barbacks/kitchen, maintaining a clean and organized bar, adhering to responsible alcohol service, stocking prior to shifts, and supporting FOH/BOH teammates to ensure timely, accurate service.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Proficiency with Toast POS or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (4–5 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Guest-focused, team-oriented, and professional attitude.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and food safety practices.
