Job Summary
Greet Players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them and recommending drinks they'll love. Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while upselling signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate their visit. Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service, ensuring every Player feels like a VIP. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar area by keeping glassware ready and adhering to sanitation standards. Handle items up to 50 lb., remain on your feet for most of the day, and engage in active tasks throughout the shift in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Previous experience behind the bar crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular environment
- A can-do attitude
- Comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
- Ability to be on your feet for most of the day
- Ability to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
