Apply drink knowledge, exercise sales savvy, and leverage an outgoing personality to handle up to 8-hour shifts. Adhere to laws for responsible service of alcohol and be prepared to lift 15-20 lbs. Actual work hours vary based on shift availability and management discretion. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to team members averaging at least 30 hours a week after the first year.
