Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and guide them through food and beverage selections, explaining menu choices, promotions, and upcoming events. Prepare all drinks according to established recipes and ring up orders while timing delivery to guest requests. Maintain bar cleanliness through pre-bussing, clutter removal, and drink level checks, ensuring the area is neat and well-stocked. Collect payments for all transactions following accounting procedures and verify daily bar inventories match POS totals. Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures, safety policies, and sanitation standards throughout the shift. Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists, plus weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
