Job Summary
Greet guests warmly from initial contact through the end of their experience, guiding them through food and beverage selections to drive repeat visits. Prepare all drinks strictly according to Primanti Bros. recipes while explaining menu choices, current promotions, and Happy Hour specials. Ring up orders, time deliveries, and verify food accuracy with Service Assistants. Maintain bar cleanliness by practicing pre-bussing, checking drink levels, and ensuring the area is neat and well-stocked. Collect payments using established accounting procedures and ensure daily bar inventories match POS totals. Adhere to alcohol awareness protocols, safety policies, and sanitation standards throughout the shift. Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists, plus weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
