Job Summary
Provide warm, friendly service from initial greeting to the end of the guest experience, guiding patrons through food and beverage selections while explaining menu choices, promotions, and Happy Hour specials. Prepare all drinks according to Primanti Bros. recipes, ring up orders, and time delivery to guest requests. Follow alcohol awareness procedures to identify age and prevent intoxication, then collect payments using established accounting procedures. Maintain bar cleanliness through pre-bussing, clutter removal, and drink level checks, ensuring daily inventories match POS totals. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies, complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists, and perform other duties as requested by the coach.

- Ability to lift as much as 50lbs
- Ability to perform frequent immersion of hands in water
