Set up the bar before opening by preparing drink condiments, ensuring sufficient inventory, and organizing the area. Serve beverages and take orders for drinks and appetizers in the Bistro and Nevins Pub, while preparing appetizers as ordered and delivering them promptly. Correctly charge residents and guests for beverages and appetizers, and maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout service. Work full-time from 12pm to 8pm, five days a week including weekends.
