Job Summary
Interact one on one with guests, take orders, make cocktails, upsell, and ensure guest satisfaction while anticipating needs. Exhibit proper knowledge of selling techniques and service delivery for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar by stocking with appropriate products and supplies. Work as a team, effectively communicating with management, bartenders, and service staff to deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments. Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs. Anticipated shift times in the summer season are between 10:30am and sunset.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Prior bartending and micros or other systems experience
- Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace (pre-employment substance abuse testing)
