Job Summary
Craft cocktails, manage a standing special menu featuring ales, spirits, and creative daiquiris, and maintain a clean workspace while operating POS systems. Maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state standards. Work nights, weekends, and certain holidays as business dictates, demonstrating personal accountability and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience bartending in a high-volume bar
- Craft cocktail experience
- Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
- Great communication skills
- Be a good teammate
- Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- 2 or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
