Job Summary
Craft cocktails, manage wine and beer selections, and maintain a clean workspace while operating POS systems. Lead high-volume service in the Court Street District with a focus on guest experiences and teamwork. Maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by city and state regulations. Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support business demands.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience bartending in a high-volume bar
- Craft cocktail experience
- Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
- Great communication skills
- Be a good teammate
- Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- 2 or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
