Job Summary
Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients while mixing beverages and collecting payment from servers. Maintain a professional work environment by providing prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every guest. Clean the bar area, operate the dishwasher, and restock supplies including beer, liquors, and wines through lifting and bending. Carry glass racks weighing ten to fifteen pounds and prepare garnishes as needed. Adhere to all recipes, policies, and procedures, completing required training programs and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- Must be able to lift 10 to 15 pounds
- Must be able to lift, bend, and reach
- Must be able to handle cash
- Must be able to use POS systems
- Must be able to mix drinks
- Must be able to prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients
- Must be able to collect payment from server
- Must be able to clean bar area including wiping down bar and picking up trash
- Must be able to restock supplies
- Must be able to operate a dishwasher
- Must be able to prepare garnishes
- Must be able to cut or slice fruit
- Must be able to carry glass racks
- Must be able to maintain a professional work environment
- Must be able to meet attendance guidelines
- Must be able to adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies
- Must be able to complete all required Training programs
- Must be able to maintain any required certification(s)
- Must be able to attend all necessary meetings
- Must be able to report to work
- Must be able to provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service
- Must be able to work well-groomed in approved attire
