Job Summary
Welcome guests, guide patrons to beverage preferences, and make recommendations while upselling and taking drink orders. Check identification and strictly follow ABC guidelines to ensure customers are of legal age. Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages and food orders, while informing customers about new menu items and specials. Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean work environment by washing glasses, utensils, and equipment. Carefully assess customer alcohol intake to avoid overserving and handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accurate charges. Serve food, remove used dishware, and adhere to all food safety, service, and quality regulations. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to verbally communicate with customers and coworkers
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for the duration of shift
- RBS Certification must be obtained within the first week of employment
