Job Summary
Provide beverage service in hotel/restaurant bars and outlets. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to service standards; anticipate guests' needs; take orders with suggestive selling; complete opening duties and manage bar stock; set up condiments, garnishes, and glassware; ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area; operate the POS system and handle payments; open wine/champagne bottles; coordinate with kitchen and bar back for optimal service; maintain safety, sanitation, and adherence to policies; follow 4 Keys service standards and SOPs; collaborate with team; flexible shifts. Requires High School diploma or GED, at least 21 years old, and 1 year of bartender/barback experience; TIPS and Food Safety certified.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalence
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a barback or bartender in a hotel or restaurant
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- TIPS and Food Safety certified as required
