Bartender

Bartender at Paws Up Montana, a luxury ranch resort. Greet, guide & deliver world-class service with menu proficiency (food prep, ingredients, beverages) and knowledge of allergens. Proficient in POS systems (Silverware preferred). Maintain sequence of service, sanitation, and presentation; stay up-to-date on menu items, allergens, and dietary needs; communicate restrictions to F&B and Culinary teams. Collaborate with server assistants to meet guest needs; ensure order accuracy and proper presentation; engage guests with high-level conversation and fulfill special requests; maintain confidentiality of guests. Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and craft cocktails; familiarity with beverage preparations and inventory; multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment; uphold resort information and amenities; keep dining room and workstation organized. Requirements include High school diploma/GED or vocational training, minimum 1 year of experience as a craft cocktail bartender (preferably in a resort or fine dining setting), knowledge of hospitality and service standards, wine/beer/spirits/craft cocktails knowledge, valid Food Handler’s License, TIPS certification, valid State Driver’s License.
