Job Summary
Serve all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, following bar pre-shift notes and menus while maintaining excellent guest service and uniform standards. Check guest IDs to verify age, communicate cut-offs when necessary, and de-escalate confrontational situations by contacting management or security as required. Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards, suggestively upsell products, and request or restock items as needed. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, ensuring all bar equipment is properly maintained. Assist with set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and long hours.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
Desired Qualifications
- Bartending school preferred
