Bartender (Part-Time)

Stock the bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, and maintain inventory records while ensuring compliance with state liquor laws and standard operating procedures. Perform opening and closing duties including inventory checks, cash control, cleaning, and restocking, and communicate guest requests to the Department Manager. Accountable for checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sales System, and occasionally serve meals. Review banquet schedules, catered parties, and special events. Requires high school diploma, one year of bartending experience, and must be at least 21 years old.
