Job Summary
Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking and delivering drink orders while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Monitor guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and ensure responsible service in compliance with legal requirements. Handle cash and process payments accurately while collaborating with the bar team to provide exceptional service. Stock supplies, clean glassware, prepare garnishes, and set up service areas for daily operations. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times. Must have proven experience as a bartender, extensive knowledge of recipes and mixology techniques, and certification in responsible beverage service where required by law.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment
- Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law)
