Job Summary
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to state/federal regulations for serving and verifying guest ID. Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service, suggestively upsell products, and pour drinks responsibly. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, handle cash accurately, and restock products as needed. De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management for unresolved conflicts. Demonstrate excellence in guest service, uniform standards, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and long hours.
