Job Summary
Serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to state/federal regulations for serving and ID verification. Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to suggestively upsell products, pour responsibly, and de-escalate confrontational guest situations. Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation, manage the issue bank for cash accuracy, and restock products as needed. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours at Terminal 5. This role offers a $11.35 hourly rate with tip eligibility and includes 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours
