Job Summary
Serve drinks and food at the bar, compose standard drinks, and maintain par levels for bar inventory. Handle cash and bank procedures, perform accurate monthly bar inventory, and apply suggestive selling techniques during service. Keep all workplace areas clean and maintain a perfectly crisp uniform. Greet guests upon entry, take and return coats, and deliver cocktails to tables as needed. Respond to reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager and assist in other Food and Beverage departments. Requires three years of bartending experience with one year in fine dining or high-end resort settings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years bartending experience.
- One year fine dining or high-end resort experience.
- Extensive liquor, beer, wine and mixology knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Pleasant and helpful personality.
- All employees at least 21 years of age or older
