Job Summary
Serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to state and federal regulations for serving and ID verification. Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to suggestively upsell products, pour drinks responsibly, and communicate cut-offs when necessary. Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation, handle cash accurately, and restock products as required. De-escalate confrontational guest situations by contacting management or security if needed. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and long hours in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
Desired Qualifications
- Bartending school preferred
