Job Summary
Serve all beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and concession items, while adhering to state and federal regulations for alcohol service and ID verification. Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service, suggestively upsell products, and maintain a clean, sanitary workstation. De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management when necessary. Manage the bar bank, restock products, and handle other duties as assigned. This part-time role offers $10/hour plus tips, with a 401(k) matching plan, and requires TIPS or STAR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Accurate cash handling skills
- 6 months to 1 year of Bartending experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- TIPS or STAR certification
