Job Summary
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to state/federal regulations for ID checks, responsible service, and suggested upselling. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, manage the bar bank, and restock products as needed. De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management for unresolved conflicts. Demonstrate excellence in guest service, uniform standards, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. This role includes pre-shift notes review, equipment maintenance, and potential duties like setting up bar gear. Tip eligible at $12.00-$15.00 hourly with 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Bartending school preferred
