Job Summary
Serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to state/federal regulations for alcohol distribution and ID verification. Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service, suggestively upsell products, and pour drinks responsibly according to company standards. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, handle cash accurately, and restock products as required. De-escalate intoxicated guest situations or contact management if confrontational behavior occurs. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bartending school
