Maintain proper bar set-up daily by requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, and perishables based on projections. Greets guests, documents drink orders, and mixes beverages using standard recipes while practicing portion control. Inputs orders into the point-of-sale register, processes cash transactions, verifies charges, and balances all moneys. Locks up equipment, deposits cash drops, and secures the bank. Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Comply with attendance rules and remain available for regular shifts.
