Job Summary
Serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the ice lounge while adhering to state and federal regulations for alcohol distribution. Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to pour drinks responsibly, check guest IDs for age verification, and suggestively upsell products. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, manage the issued bank, and de-escalate confrontational guest situations by contacting management or security as required. This part-time role at Cross Insurance Arena includes a flexible schedule covering nights, weekends, and long hours, with an hourly rate of $16.75 to $17.75 plus tips.
