Job Summary
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to state and federal regulations for ID verification and responsible service. Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide guest service, upsell products knowledgeably, and de-escalate confrontational situations by contacting management or security when necessary. Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation, manage the bar bank, and restock products as required. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and long hours within a fast-paced environment, utilizing accurate cash handling skills and prioritizing tasks effectively. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $10.00-$14.00 with tip eligibility and 401(k) matching benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Bartending school preferred
- ServSafe preferred
