Job Summary
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to state/federal regulations for ID verification and responsible service. Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to suggestively upsell products, manage the issued bank, and maintain a clean, sanitary workstation. De-escalate confrontational guest situations and contact management when necessary. Restock products as needed and assist with organizing cooler equipment. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours. This role offers a tip-eligible hourly rate of $13.65–$14.00 with 401(k) matching and accrued paid leave.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours
