Apply advanced mixology techniques such as clarification, fat-washing, infusion, and fermentation. Deliver warm, intuitive service by engaging guests through knowledgeable storytelling and offering thoughtful recommendations aligned with the Parker's Table experience. Handle guest requests with professionalism while operating POS systems accurately and maintaining a pristine, organized bar environment. Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure compliance with all alcohol legislation and health regulations. Collaborate seamlessly with bar, floor, and kitchen teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
