Bartender

Create and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while courteously waiting on guests. Make recommendations, up sell, and communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. Process cash and charge transactions, stock side stations with garnishments and mixers, and assist the Food and Beverage Manager with inventory. Perform close checks, run reports, and maintain clean bar surfaces while adhering to food safety requirements. Report missing items or equipment damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
