Job Summary
Conduct first-class hospitality service by presenting drink menus, making recommendations, and answering guest questions regarding food and beverages. Take orders, promptly serve food and drink, check in with guests regarding their experience, and up-sell whenever possible. Record drink or food orders accurately into the POS, process payments, and make correct change. Fill in as a server to ensure smooth restaurant operations, maintain inventory and bar supplies, and keep the bar area, counters, tables, and equipment clean. Wash and sterilize glassware, maintaining bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner. This part-time, hourly role requires weekend availability and at least one year of restaurant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, including recipes, history, base ingredients, and jiggers
- High school education
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- Weekend availability

- Hospitality or other degrees
- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry
