Job Summary
Greet customers, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and serve snacks while taking orders and making knowledgeable recommendations. Assess guest preferences, verify identification for legal drinking age compliance, and operate cash registers to collect payments and manage change. Manage bar operations by ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies while adhering to all food and beverage regulations. This physically demanding role requires standing for extended periods, working evenings, nights, and weekends, and possessing strong mixology skills. OTO Development manages this upscale hospitality position across key United States markets.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 21 years of age
- in-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars
- strong mixology skills
- comfortable standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time
- able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
- able to be on your feet for up to eight hours
