Bartender

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines; engage guests with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and energetic presence; maintain the bar area, ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions, check IDs, and comply with beverage laws; collaborate with servers and culinary staff for timely service; manage inventory and report shortages; handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism; participate in setup and breakdown of the bar for daily service and events; contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment; requires prior bartending or food & beverage experience and alcohol-service certification; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
