Job Summary
Deliver warm hospitality and execute OTG service steps while guiding guests through the menu, highlighting items, and managing dietary needs. Prepare drinks per recipes, handle orders and payments accurately, and support keg installation and soda gun setup. Maintain bar cleanliness, adhere to safety regulations, and communicate with chefs and managers to ensure timely food delivery. Notify leadership of inventory issues, report guest feedback or intoxication signs to the Manager on Duty, and complete required training and meetings. Work in a high-volume airport environment with open availability across all shifts, lifting up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
- 1-2 years of prior Bartending experience
- ability to prepare cocktails and perform full bartending duties
- Great grasp of restaurant and beverage steps of service
- Familiarity with basic beer, liquor, and wine
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent + fully conversational in English
- Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
- obtain ServeSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of employment
- You'll be lifting up to 35 lbs
