Job Summary
Deliver warm hospitality and manage high-volume service by preparing drinks per OTG recipes, guiding guests through the menu, and handling orders with accuracy. Anticipate guest needs, support dietary requirements, and maintain bar cleanliness while adhering to safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with chefs and managers to ensure timely food delivery, move kegs and equipment, and report inventory or equipment issues to leadership. Notify the Manager on Duty of guest feedback or signs of intoxication, and participate in required training sessions. Work in a fast-paced airport environment with open availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
- 1-2 years of prior Bartending experience
- ability to prepare cocktails and perform full bartending duties
- Great grasp of restaurant and beverage steps of service
- Familiarity with basic beer, liquor, and wine
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent + fully conversational in English
- Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
- obtain ServeSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of employment
- You'll be lifting up to 35 lbs
