Bartender

Bartender at a private-club environment responsible for beverage control, accurate pouring, bar cleanliness, and delivering exceptional member and guest service. Responsibilities include serving food and beverages at the bar, greeting members by name, processing orders accurately, resolving complaints with professional service recovery, preparing the bar area, maintaining sanitation, stocking supplies, maintaining knowledge of all liquors, beers, wines, and daily features, and supporting teammates to uphold the club's 3-steps of service. Requires familiarity with the menu, safety practices, and a strong service mindset; ability to work in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments; physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle bar equipment; prior F&B experience and certifications in alcohol safety are preferred. The role may involve additional duties as assigned by management and requires professionalism and teamwork in a club setting.
