Bartender

Bartender at Invited Clubs responsible for beverage control, accurate pouring, and delivering a high standard of service to members and guests. duties include setting up the bar, stocking liquor, beers, and wines, preparing cocktails, understanding the menu and daily features, maintaining cleanliness, practicing the 3-steps of service, handling member/guest requests and complaints, and collaborating with team members to ensure exceptional hospitality. Requires knowledge of alcohol and food safety certifications, strong communication skills, ability to work in a club environment, physical ability to stand and lift up to 100 lbs, and availability for regular shifts; familiarity with POS systems and wine varietals; commitment to safety, professionalism, and club standards.
