Job Summary
Greets guests courteously, recites beverage selections, and mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard recipes while practicing prudent portion control. Act as a cashier to settle beverages, inputting and controlling orders through the register to maintain accountability and receipts. Frequently checks back with guests, entertains them, and prepares the bar for the next shift by restocking fruit and supplies. Maintains cleanliness of guest areas by removing empty glasses and bottles and cleaning ashtrays. Adheres to all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests, as well as Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and internal controls. Requires one to two years of related experience, a high school diploma or G.E.D., and the ability to communicate in English. Must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 1⁄2 mile, climbing stairs, and working in a smoke-filled environment with moderate to escalating noise levels.
