Job Summary
Bartender at Olive & Finch Collective responsible for crafting cocktails, providing friendly and knowledgeable bar service, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws. Performs FOH Crew, Cashier, and Barista duties while focusing on bar operations such as pre-batching beverages, preparing garnishes, maintaining a stocked bar, and delivering an elevated guest experience. Maintains knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, checks IDs, processes payments, and collaborates with FOH/BOH teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must have or obtain TIPS/Responsible Alcohol Service certification (as required by law)
- Previous bartending or barista experience
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and ability to follow cocktail recipes precisely
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
