Job Summary
Mix and serve alcoholic beverages for bar guests and cocktail servers, including preparing frozen drinks with a blender. Set up and break down the bar daily, maintaining cleanliness and stocking inventory while providing accurate liquor requisitions to management. Present checks, collect payments, and assist with food delivery from the kitchen. Greet every guest, monitor alcohol consumption, and adhere to all state and federal liquor regulations. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional people skills
- Full knowledge of POS
- Full knowledge of menu
- Proper food handling techniques
- Ability to monitor and control guests' alcohol consumption (Responsible alcohol serving techniques)
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand on their feet for extended amounts of time, and able to lift or carry 30 pounds
- Must adhere to OPL standards for Policy and steps of service
