Job Summary
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and drinks, operate the point-of-sale system, and maintain an impeccable, guest-centered bar environment. Must have at least one year of related education or experience, strong mixology skills, knowledge of liquor laws, and the ability to handle cash transactions. State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability expected. Required Qualifications
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Evenings, Weekends and Holidays required
